Digital Delivery Policy

Pixovista Studio delivers all work electronically. We do not produce, print or ship any physical items. Your finished images are provided as digital files once your order is complete.

Unless otherwise agreed, edited images are delivered in common formats suitable for your use — such as JPEG or PNG for web and social media, and higher-resolution formats such as TIFF where appropriate. The exact format and resolution are agreed as part of your order.

We deliver completed files through a secure download link or another channel agreed with you. We will notify you when your files are ready so that you can download them.

Files are delivered after the work — and any included revisions — are complete, and after any balance due has been paid. Timeframes quoted are good-faith estimates and may vary with the scope of your project.

Download links and files are available for a limited period after delivery. Please download and save your files promptly. We may delete project files after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy; if you need files re-sent within that period, contact us and we will help where we can.

Once you receive your files, please check them and keep your own secure backups. You are responsible for storing your final images. We are not responsible for loss of files after delivery, or for any storage on your own devices or accounts.

If a download link does not work, or you do not receive your files when expected, please contact us using the details on our website and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
