Pixovista Studio (“Pixovista Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an online photo and image-editing service based in Tucson, Arizona, operating through this website. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Pixovista Studio.

By accessing the website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order or enter into this agreement.

We provide remote, digital image-editing services, which may include online photo editing, portrait retouching, product photo enhancement, background removal, social-media image preparation and portfolio review. All work is performed online and delivered electronically.

We do not supply any physical goods, prints or shipped items. Editing is a creative and technical service: the results we can achieve depend on the quality, resolution and content of the source files you provide.

You may request a service through the website or the contact details we provide. We will confirm the scope, price and estimated turnaround before work begins. A contract is formed, and work is scheduled, only once your order is confirmed and payment has been received.

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, where a request is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, is technically unfeasible, or falls outside the services we offer.

Prices are stated in US dollars. Any “from” prices shown on the website are starting points; the final price depends on the number of images, the complexity of the work and the scope agreed for your project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required in full before work begins. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Turnaround times quoted are good-faith estimates and may vary with the scope of work, the condition of your files and the volume of requests. Finished files are delivered digitally in accordance with our Digital Delivery Policy.

You are responsible for the images and instructions you submit. You confirm that you own, or have all necessary rights and permissions for, every image you send us, as set out in our Image Rights Policy.

You agree to provide clear instructions, to use our services only for lawful purposes, and not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful.

Most services include revision rounds so that the result can be refined to match the agreed brief. Revisions are governed by our Revision Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You retain ownership of the images you submit. On full payment for your order, the edited results are yours to use for any lawful purpose.

We retain all rights in our website, brand, design, text and the techniques and know-how used to perform our work. We will only display your images in our own portfolio or promotion with your explicit permission.

You must not use the website or our services to upload, request or distribute content that is unlawful, that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, that is defamatory, or that depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of any person. We may refuse or remove such content and, where required, report it to the authorities.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and image editing is inherently subjective. Further limitations are set out in our Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixovista Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability arising out of or relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pixovista Studio harmless from any claims, damages or costs arising out of the images or instructions you submit, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the services.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the website applies to your use of it. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, will have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
