Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we provide custom digital editing rather than physical goods, refunds and cancellations work a little differently. This policy explains when you can cancel, and how refunds are handled.

The nature of our service

Pixovista Studio provides bespoke, made-to-order digital editing. Work is reserved and begins only after payment, and each edit is produced specifically for you. This is a service, not a physical product, which affects how cancellations and refunds apply.

Cancellations

  • Before work begins — you may cancel for a full refund
  • After work has started — you may cancel, and we will refund the balance after deducting a fair amount for the work already completed
  • After the finished files are delivered — the order is generally non-refundable, subject to the eligibility below

Revisions come first

If something about a delivered edit is not right, the fastest route to a result you are happy with is usually a revision. Most orders include revision rounds under our Revision Policy, and we ask that you use them before requesting a refund.

When a refund may be available

After reasonable revisions, a refund may be considered where we did not deliver the agreed work, or the delivered work was materially different from what was agreed and could not be corrected. Refunds are not provided for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction after the agreed revisions have been provided
  • A change of mind once work is complete
  • Source files that are unusable, low-quality or that you did not have the right to submit
  • Delays caused by incomplete instructions or missing files from you

How to request a refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us using the details on our website within 7 days of delivery, describing your order and the issue. We will review each request fairly and respond as quickly as we can.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider. Any third-party transaction fees that are non-refundable to us may be deducted where permitted by law.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution of your project.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded or waived.
