Revision Policy
This policy explains how revisions to your edited images work — what is included, what counts as a revision rather than new work, and how to request changes.
- Most services include one or more revision rounds.
- Revisions refine the agreed brief; new direction may cost extra.
- Request changes within the stated window after delivery.
- Additional revisions are available for an added fee.
What is included
Most orders include a set number of revision rounds, confirmed when you place your order. A revision is an adjustment to the edit we delivered, within the scope of the brief we agreed — for example, fine-tuning colour, tone, retouching strength or a specific area you point out.
Revisions versus new work
A revision refines the work already agreed. The following are considered new work, which may require an additional charge or a separate order:
- Editing additional images not in the original order
- A new creative direction or a change to the agreed style after work is complete
- Changes to the scope, format or deliverables agreed at the start
- Reworking files you replace or update after delivery
How to request a revision
To request a revision, contact us using the details on our website within 7 days of delivery, with clear, specific notes about what you would like adjusted. Clear instructions help us turn revisions around quickly and accurately.
Turnaround for revisions
Revisions are usually completed more quickly than the original edit, though the exact time depends on the nature of the request and our current workload. We will give you an estimate when you submit your notes.
Additional revisions
If you would like changes beyond the rounds included with your order, or changes that count as new work, we are happy to help for an additional fee, quoted before we proceed.
Reasonable use
Revision rounds are intended to perfect the agreed result, not to explore entirely new directions. We may treat requests that go significantly beyond the original brief, or that are purely a matter of changing preference, as new work.
