Photo Upload & Image Rights Policy
This policy explains your responsibilities and ours regarding the images you upload for editing — who owns what, how your files are used, and what content is not allowed.

Your rights to the images
By submitting images to Pixovista Studio, you confirm that you own them or have obtained all rights, licences, consents and permissions necessary to have them edited — including, where relevant, the consent of any people depicted and the rights to any logos, artwork or property shown. You are responsible for holding any required model or property releases.
Licence you grant to us
So that we can do the work, you grant Pixovista Studio a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and edit your images solely for the purpose of providing the editing services you have requested. This licence ends when it is no longer needed for your order, subject to our retention practices.
Ownership of the results
We do not claim ownership of your photographs. On full payment for your order, the edited results are yours to use for any lawful purpose. We retain rights only in our own techniques, tools and know-how, not in your images.
Portfolio and promotion
We will not publicly display, publish or use your images to promote our services unless you give us your explicit permission. If you have given permission, you may withdraw it for future use at any time by contacting us using the details on our website.
Prohibited content
You must not submit images that:
- You do not own or have the rights to have edited
- Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights of others
- Are unlawful, defamatory, hateful or deceptive
- Depict the sexual exploitation or abuse of any minor, or any other illegal content
We may refuse or stop work on, and delete, any content that breaches this policy, and we will report illegal content to the authorities where required by law.
Storage and deletion
Your source and finished files are kept only as long as needed to deliver and support your order, and are then deleted. See our Privacy Policy and Digital Delivery Policy for more detail.
Third-party rights and takedowns
If you believe images you own have been submitted to us by someone without the right to do so, please see our Copyright & DMCA Policy, which explains how to notify us.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Pixovista Studio harmless from any claim arising out of the images you submit or your breach of this policy.
